What time do you open?
Approximately 30 minutes prior to the first film screening.

Can you bring in food from outside?
Yes provided it is not "HOT" food eg. NO fast food

Do we accept Hoyts, Dendy or Greater Union discount cards/vouchers?
We do not accept vouchers or cards from Hoyts, Greater Union or Dendy, however we do sell great value Limelight Gift Vouchers for adults, children, and for 3D features.

How long does a movie screen for?
This depends on the popularity of the film, if it is still doing well at the Box office it may last for several months if not it may only screen for a week.

What is the length of a feature?
All features vary in screening time which also includes trailers and screen advertising (approx. 12-17 minutes).

Do you have EFTPOS facilities?
Yes we do, at both the Ticket Box and Candy Bar, however we do not have facilities for Diners or for American Express.

May my 13 & 15 year old child go to a MA rated movie?
Your 15 year old child can provided they can present their identification. Your 13 year old child must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Do you have digital projection and sound?
Yes. Limelight Cinemas Tuggeranong is the most technologically advanced cinema complex in the ACT, with digital projection and sound in all 8 cinemas, and 3D capabilities in 2 screens

Do you have a big screen?
Yes our cinema 4 boasts one of the largest cinema screens in the ACT.

Do you have stadium seating?
Yes. All 8 of our cinemas are equipped with stadium seating to provide you with the best possible viewing experience

Do you have disabled facilities?
All our cinemas have access, special seating areas and restrooms for the disabled.

Can I take a baby into the auditoria?
Yes. We welcome babies to Limelight, however please make note of the classification of the movie to ensure restrictions are observed. We ask that you respect other guests enjoyment of the film, and if your baby becomes distressed, please leave the auditorium.

Are seats allocated?
No. We want to give you the freedom to choose your seats at all sessions at Limelight. Seating is on a ‘first in best dressed’ basis, so we recommend you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your session in peak times
